age 25 @ 150Lbs. dk BF % at this time, plan to find out before i start. going to start first cycle of test-c
so far from what i have read this is my plan give me any input on doses/ anything to better the experience

12 weeks: 250mg 2x week Test-C.
Aromasin: 12.5mg/Day. EDIT: (after seeing cost, highly doubt it will be everyday) is it necessary to be taken everyday? ive read mixed feelings on the matter.

PTC: 14-21 days After last Inj. havent seen much info of which is best 2 weeks or 3 weeks.

Toremifene: 30-60mg/Day - 4 weeks, again which dose to start/end with?

You're skinny bro. You need to check your diet an really up your cals way before you start your cycle. Even on gear if your diet sucks you won't gain. That being said...

Aromasin should be taken Ed due to it's 27 hr half life. Since it's your first cycle I would have it on hand just in case you start seeing gyno signs or signs of High estro. It's actually pretty cheap. Check out extremepeptides.com. They're legit and cheap. It's called exemestane. Pick up a few bottles. Start pct 2 weeks after last test pin for both cyp and e. I've never used torem but user on here does and swears by it. I believe the dosage is 90/90/60/30? But I might be wrong since I've never used it. You'll have to search for it on your own. Also run the aromasin all the way through pct if you start it on cycle and start it in pct even if you don't run it during cycle. It'll help stimulate t production.
 
thanks for the reply colt, yes i agree my diet does suck. i was doing good for a while but work got me all screwed up. after im back work will be slowing down so i can watch my diet a lot better and hit the gym 5 nights a week. i looked it up on that site you sent me, its a lot cheaper than another site had it listed for (dont recall the site). that was also in pill form not liquid.
 
Ya bro get that shit in check before you do anything. Food is the biggest factor in gaining muscle. Gear is the least of the problem. Hit up the diet forum n see 3j. He knows his shit.
 
thanks, one of the guys i work with is a personal trainer said he would help me set up a good diet to start with. from there ill get over on 3j thread and post up the #'s and see what he says to do from there, have to figure out all the #'s he needs first.
 
yes, i remember from when i worked out normaly that whole diet part was like 75-80% of the mix. honestly for past few months my diet has been sh*t bc of my work schedule. thankfully it is slowing down and i can have a normal routine again :). I have to get a somewhat steady diet down and i have to figure out all your calculations and post it up on your thread, if i did it now you would tear me apart haha. This is the first time taking any gear so i want to do it right and try to get the best benefits i can out of it.

as for the Toremifen i have seen 3-4 different dosages so still trying to figure out which dose to run with. thanks for the help thus far guys!

Ok bro Im gonna give you my recipe.

This is for a GENERAL idea of a beginners cycle and I am in no way qualified to give you advice about shooting chemical into your body.....(disclaimer)

I did this exact plan and added 34 lbs of muscle, retained very lil water, and kept 18lbs of it after post cycle therapy (pct)



Work out like a beast for AT LEAST 9 months preferably a year to get that connective tissue in line. Diet like a mofo during this time....this is like practice for your cycle.

Do 12 wks of test E @ 500 mg per wk split into 2 shots 1 on monday one on thursday (I guess you could go Test C I just always did E) Not to mention test E is usually cheaper.

I would recommend that you read the "standard post cycle therapy (pct)" sticky on the front page and follow it to the freakin T. This cycle would fall under the "mild/moderate" category.


Since you do not know if you are gyno prone or not it is not a bad idea to have some sort of anti estro substance . Research the shit out of all of them and find the best one for you I cannot over state the dangers of gyno ...do you want boobs??? no??? well than look into this in depth....

You should not ad any compounds other than test during your cycle. If you have a reaction you will know with out a doubt what caused it..

Eat everything you can get your hands on but use your head.... No honey buns...kinda goes without saying...3j who posted above me can work wonders with anybody's diet naturally not to mention with a lil "octane" thrown in lol...

I assume by your stats that you are lean so your gains will be REALLY noticeable...Prepare for this people WILL know and automatically think you are juicing so be ready for the accusations mate.


As far as dosing for post cycle therapy (pct) READ THE post cycle therapy (pct) StICKY!!!!! it will really help with everything (at least it did for me)

thanks for the input steal. so far im going to take 12.5mg/daily of exemestane for the 12 weeks of gear to be safe for the gyno issue. and again during post cycle therapy (pct). for post cycle therapy (pct) im going to go with torem, ive liked what ive read so far about it and have read good reviews by people that have used it. just figuring out the dosage is tricky since i have been seeing 120/90/60/30, 90/60/30/30, 60/60/30/30. so that part im still working on. Im going to go strong in the gym for another month while i get my diet all set up and following it before starting the cycle.

i do keep going back and look at stickys when i see something new or perks my interests, not new to forums so i know those stickys are wealths of info that many usually over-see.

Lean Body Weight: 123.9

this is my before dieting/ out of work out routine starting point.
