I run a couple of times a week, usually only a light jog for 20 mins or so, occassionally doing some sprint work. About a month ago my right heel began to ache the day after running, to the point that it was almost too sore to walk on. It is sore to touch( almost likea bruise)After a couple of days rest it would go away.
walking doesn't seem to cause it, and it only seems to have started after my weight hit around the 108kg mark. I don't think it's plantar fasciatitis (sp), any suggesstions on what else it could be
