Sore nipples... low estrogen... wtf is going on?

Alright so let me give you guys my little back story. I ran my first tren cycle a little over a year ago with tren ace and test prop. After coming off I started to notice sore nipples off and on, but they went away after a while. I ran caber throughout the cycle, kept my e2 in check, PCTed properly, etc..

Anyways, so fast forward to last cycle I ran test and tren again with a superdrol front and backload. Shortly before the cycle I noticed some of the sensitivity again and then it came back off and on throughout cycle. Like the first I used (pharma grade) caber from aurapharm and kept my e2 in check. Now I've come off and been off for over 3 months and my nipples are constantly SENSITIVE AS FUCK to touch. Any significant pressure on them (i.e. someone giving me a hug) makes them hurt, kind of like they're sore. I just had my e2 check and my level was 12 ng/dl. Test was 750. So obviously e2 is not the issue. Now the only other thing I could think of is prolactin/progesterone issues, but I took caber throughout the whole cycle and PCT and since I was running tren ace and stopped it 2 weeks before test, that should have been easily long enough to prevent any prolactin issues coming off. My libido is also very good. I have no idea what's going on, my only symptom is sore nipples, no lumps or anything, no high e2, no loss of libido, gains are holding up well even on a cut. I figure it has to be my hormones but I don't know what could be wrong. And it's not from touching them constantly either because I never do anymore. I will avoid touching them for days and just give one little poke to see if they're still sore and they always are.

Possibly a prolactin rebound? If that can even happen... I would assume its possible though as its trying to recover after the caber. Have you had prolactin levels checked?

Possibly checked your E2 when it was fine but maybe raised between the test and afterwards at some point.

Could be nothing but I would get more blood work.

That seems the logical explanation, OP probably had elevated e2/prolactin when on cycle and thought he was controlling it, got gyno and now being off e2 is fine. Makes sense dude. Get some bloodwork done on everything including prolactin and post it up.

Do you have lumps behind the nipple? Do they stick out? Do they have any discharge? Are they now larger than pre-cycle (actual nipple area) Post a photo up if you can.

You might be a good candidate at using a SERM to get rid of the gyno if it is a problem... I am currently trialling Raloxifene for gyno reversal myself.

I'm on raloxifene right now just cause I was paranoid about it and I've always had slightly puffy nips (even before steroids). But I don't think it's gyno related tbh, I had my e2 levels checked on both cycles I was on and they've never come back very high. Also there are no lumps at all, no discharge either, they don't look any different than they ever have tbh. My only symptom is this weird soreness. Here's a recent pic I took, nipples were erect but I've seen friends with gyno and they definitely don't look like it. That's the weird thing cause I thought that might be the issue at first, but I've never had elevated e2 (afaik). I also took aromasin all the way through PCT. Also if my e2 levels were elevated at one point but are now low again, shouldn't the soreness/sensitivity stop anyhow, especially since I'm using a SERM.

Sound like its always going to be a problem, on cycle or off.
Either spend months trying to work out whats causing it and take a cocktail of medication to try and keep it at bay or book yourself in for surgery and get the glands removed.

Well my two little (big pea on the left side, small pea on the right side) gyno lumps were still giving the occasional spark/dull pain even when my e2 was pretty low using 25mg Stane+Clomid, if they grow to the point of lumps as far as I know from experience and other peoples report they can still hurt and give pain without an e2 agonism.

I'm on Ralox now, have a look at my log here to try reverse the two lumps.

Stick with the Ralox and see how it goes. What dose are you taking btw? From that photo it almost looks like your right nipple pushes out a little, like mine but yours is less severe.
