just recently appeared to strain the outside of my right wrist after a curl day about a week a go. it had been gradually getting worse and now, man i can't put any strain on it without it really hurting. just curious if anyone else has ever experienced a bad wrist strain on the outside part of wrist only and how long it took for them to get back to normal. obviously, i've been icing and not doing any exercises to piss it off, but still sore and weak. thanx!!
