I have a friend who is just jacked. He tells me that he tries to leave the gym sore EVERY workout.
I've been training harder than I ever have and I rarely get sore anymore. Does this mean I'm not training hard enough? Does soreness necessarily indicate growth?
Last summer I didn't know what the f*#@ I was doing, overtrained and burned out for a few months and I'm not going do that again. I do a 4-day split, 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart (5x5s and 3x10/8/6).
