TUESDAY-LEGS AND TRAPS
squat - 3 sets of 12 reps
power shrugs - 3 sets of 12
wrist curls - 3 sets of 12
WEDNESDAY-REST
THURSDAY-TRICEPS AND SHOULDERS
close grip bench - 3 sets of 12
skull crushers - 3 sets of 12
lateral raises - 3 sets of 12
shoulder press - 3 sets of 12
FRIDAY-BACK
some pullups
deadlifts - 3 sets of 12
good mornings - 3 sets of 12
dumbell rows - 3 sets of 12
