looking for a mod or vet to help with a source that I have been given...heard from a few its legit but I was told by my trainer the place is bunk..
justhav these are my stats...
age: 21
height: 6'1
weight: 206
bf%: 7
incline barbell bench: 315x7
squat: 610x20
dumbbell shoulder press: 100x15 (gym only goes up to 100lbs..)

Haha. Yea, I believe him untill the 610x20. Mayyyybe 410... 610, no way. No gear, with a trainer. No
"I dont flat bench because it hurts" But he can do incline at 315x7 and shoulder presses at 100x15, but that is only because the db at the gym only go to 100lbs.
I am no tough guy by any means. I have a bad shoulder and I can't do 100lbs presses, I can barley do 80 with my shoulder and I am luckly if I can get away with 2 plates on incline before I hurt with shoulder pain.
I am 6'3-225/240lbs -9% and cycle all the time.
With that said if you can lift all that then good for you, but I always stick to "its not what you can lift, but what you look like"
This kid is awesome... It was a good laugh for me in a dirty ass middle eastern country during Ramadan.
