Soy Protein Question

I took whey protein for a while but it really upset my stomach. And im not lactose intoolerant. The other day i thought i would try soy protein 95 from gnc and it didnt bother me at all. Im considering just using this all the time. Is it good alternative to whey.
 
i have read that the phytoestrogens can increase estrogen levels but may just be a myth, i guess its the isoflavones in there... try a soy and whey combination... or egg and whey, or protein blend without soy
 
I am just the opposite, soy protein just doesn't work with my digestive system and I am fine with whey--the main thing about bodybuilding is that you have to do what works for you. For many people soy is just not as digestable, yet for others whey and other milk products cause problems---there are many paths up the mountain.
