hey just wondering if i could get some input from the steroidology communnity about soy protein. Unfortunately....i'm lactose intolerant and whenever i take whey protein i get the shits, stomach rumbling...the whole deal. I recently made the switch to EAS brand soy protein, and no such problems.
My question to some of the veterans out there is if its worth the money? I know whey is superior protein, and some people claim that soy has estrogen-like effects or something. If you were in my shoes, would you bother with soy, or just skip it alltogether?
