Spacing between meals?

Do all of you try and space your meals x amount of hours apart? I realize the diet is the weak link in my life so I am trying to change that. So do you shoot for like 8am-11am-2pm-5pm-8pm? Or a variation of that?
 
im in a contest diet rite now and it goes like this:

meal 1 6:30am

meal 2 9:30am

meal 3 1:30pm (postworkout)

meal 4 4:30pm

meal 5 7:30pm

meal 6 10:00pm
 
About as evenly as I can, I am only doing 5 meals right now which I feel is fine and my work schedule right now half way dictates it.

Pretty much ideantical to that for me (on maintenance)

I eat about 8 time per day including liquid meals. 1.5 hours between give or take a few. Shooting for 300 right now.
 
Shooting for 300lbs or 300 grams of protien? DRveejay11, how many if any are shakes out of your meals? Actually for anyone how many are shakes? I have a hard time finding 5 actual meals a day.
 
I eat roughly every 1 1/2-2 hours. I try to eat around 8 times a day. On training days I will eat 8 times but on non training days, I'll go for six. :)

300lbs. I do 4 to 5 shakes per day average. 70-80g's of protein. I try to get 550+g's of protein/day.
