Speed Training?

Hey guys,

I'm joining a flag football league in about a month and i wanna really work on getting faster. I'm in good shape, and do cardio 4 times a week, but i really want to work on trying to get faster. Any ideas?

uphill and downhill running
you need to increase your foot speed so work on basic agility work using very light weights as wel as some plyometric work..

also add plyos to your workout, great for explosive speed.

:spank: obviously someone hasnt played flag football-steez- believe me its alot harder to grab a flag than tackle a whole person- it just sounds kinda fruity.
