Split help

Right now i've changed my split to the following.
Monday - Chest/tris abs
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Back/bis abs
Thursday - off
Friday - Legs abs
Saturday - off
Sunday - (trying to decide wether to start over with chest/tris or take another day off) It just seems like i feel weak only working out 3 days a week) Let me know how u guys feel about this routine.. thanks
 
Diet in check....this is one of the best for mass and recovery. This also avoids shoulder injuries. Hit it heavy bro!
