Sprained knee. Any suggestions for cardio??

i'd hate to say it.. but circuit training is your best friend right now.. high intensity low rest time between exercises..

not specifically no.. lol.. i hate circuit training.. but in your case it would be worth wile.. finding one that runs 30 min will get that cardio in.. do some searching.. you can always send it to me or post it here to see if its worth while

The upper room at the Planet Fitness where I go has a circuit training setup in it. They say to do one set of 12 reps to failure on each machine, resting 2 minutes max between machines. It is a leg press, then leg extensions, then leg press (obviously you would skip those), then bench press, wide grip pull down, narrow grip row, shoulder press, bicep curl, tricep press, and lastly cruches.

Thanks this was very helpful. I do time volume training now, but literally am incapable of jogging, swimming, biking or swimming?

If your cutting then I'd avoid the cardio completely & adjust your diet to make up for it.

You don't need to do cardio to make your diet succeed, in fact if you have any type of injury while dieting then adding extra work like cardio will make it worse because your immune system will be weaker due to the lower calories.

Either focus on the diet OR rehab your injury, not both.
