Hi 3J and Co....

So, I'm trying to fine-tune last years diet plan for my upcoming spring/summer cut...

I'm currently about 16-18% bodyfat after enjoying the Christmas treats, and I'm planning on upping my cardio a little from 2 days a week to about 4 or 5.

Here's what I've come up with...

6.30am CNP Pro-Lean Whey
7.30am Black coffee
9.00am 500ml Apple Juice, 2 scoops ground oats, 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tbsps. Optimum Oil Blend, 2 tbsps flaxseed
10.30am Peppered mackerel & Spinach or Beef jerky or Biltong
11.30am Pre-Jym pre workout drink, Creatine & EAA’s
12.30pm WEIGHTS SESSION
1.30pm Vitamin C drink
1.45pm CNP Pro-Recover drink, Glutamine, Creatine & EAA’s
2.45pm 2 x Sweet Potatoes without skin, 1 tin of Tuna, Mixed vegetables
4.30pm CARDIO SESSION
5.30pm CNP Pro-Dessert or CNP Pro-Bar
7.45pm 2 x chicken breasts, Green vegetables
10.30pm CNP Pro-Peptide shake, Glutamine

I have a sedentary job, but weight train 5 days a week and aiming to do cardio 5 days a week too.

I'm 42, 215lbs, 5ft 9", been training for 23yrs.

My main concern is, do you think I am getting enough quality carbs for a cut and for the amount of training I am planning doing?

I'm currently on TRT, but will hopefully be cycling this summer at some stage - nothing too hardcore though - probably just up my TRT Test dose a little, add deca and T'Bol or Anavar to help the cut.

Any critique appreciated!
