Who does them? for how long? at what intensity? and how often? i just started doing them again; havent sprinted in about 5 years! damn my ass and legs are KILLING me!! i hope to see great results with this program; how long might it take with a good diet to see major improvement in the legs? my glutes and hams are a trouble area for me; been lunging the hell outta them and just started the sprints. how many days per week do ya'll incorporate them? Thanx for sharing the personal experiences!
