Looking to gain some muscle while cutting some bf%. It is very possible. Will be doing 15min of cardio after workouts. On off days may be doing 30 min.

Bench-280
Squat-380
Dead-440

Live at school so diet may change slightly from day to day but everything will be clean. No carbs after 6pm
 
bf is more like 14-16%

I wouldn't try and cut bf while gaining muscle (it's almost impossible without drugs)... your objective while bulking should be to gain muscle mass and LIMIT fat gain
 
Quick question guys, want opinions especially from the experienced guys. In about 40 days I am going to spend 2 weeks with my gf.

I have enough nitrixxx and Kre-alkyln for between 25-30 days. So I am going to clean bulk for that amount of time.

I have been bulking all winter naturally, never taken anything. I picked up some ripped fuel, which is a fat burner.

Keep in mind Im very dedicated to diet, training, sleep. Everything, just let me know suggestions and Ill work with it.

But my question is, would it make since or be practical to stack the nitrixxx and kre-alkyln for 30 days, and on the 20th day start taking the ripped fuel since I have 20 days worth? So I would be taking it up to the day I leave to go see her. Would it be worth it? and do you think I would see any good results?

I will be doing cardio and what not.

Just want to hear ideas.

What I think you should do is bulk sensibly and not put on fat.. i dont think you can drop too much with ripped fuel..your diet will have to change for you to drop weight..
 
Diet and training are good. I'm not 100% sure if anything at all has happened with the nitrixxx and kre-alkyln yet but today was only the 2nd day.

Diet is going well tho, not having any trouble at all eating what I'm supposed to.
 
Your numbers aren't bad for a 19y/o natty at 185. Pretty good actually.
In my opinion, the OLD Ripped Fuel was the shit but the new form is crap. Basic ECA stack is going to be much better... Like the other stated, just work on gaining mass and limiting fat. Don't put too much effort in to the fat part. That will come off later, trust me.
Krealkalyn will kick in soon.. trust me, its an excellent product.
Keep posting in our log and log sessions/training/diet etc.. daily. I'm in and watching :)
 
Still haven't noticed any strength increases or weight.

Pumps are getting stronger though. After doing straight leg deads today I had the craziest pump ever in my back and had to stop lifting so I could stretch it out for about 15 min before getting back to lifting.
 
Half way done. Did not gain weight like I had expected. Strength is increasing and Im finding it much easier to get a couple more reps out.

I was taking creatine mono before and I appear to be losing some body fat, becoming more vascular.

Anyways I'm down to 182 now, so lost almost 4lbs, Im assuming its extra water and some fat. Def. Not muscle as strength is increasing still.

Although this wasn't what I had expected I am not disappointed either. It actually is going to make it easier next time I try to bulk due to the fact that fat is coming off now. Id much rather do a clean bulk with 10%bf that a bulk with 14%.

I have like another 14 days with the products. I have noticed an increase in energy and recovery also seems to be up a little. All in all if I was to decide now I would def. purchase the products again, we'll see what happens in the next 2 weeks.

Any questions, comments, concerns feel free to let me here it.

Just wanted to throw some numbers in so you guys can see what kind of reps and weight I was getting.

These were all my last set, except deads. Usually by the last set Im just going for 3-6 reps.

DB Military-80X6
DB Incline-100X6
Deads-315X12
Squats(below parallel)-315X6
Lat pull Down-230X8
