I have been lifting hard for a year now. Over the summer I have increased my awareness of my diet and have a good handle on it. I am currently taking:
ON Gold Whey
Multi V
Casein
Creatine
Pre Workout
I am wanting to build mass and I have been getting gradual gains. I am thinking about adding Powerfull, BPI Sports A-HD and Solid to my supplement plan. Would it be ok if I just started to take Powerfull for now? What do you think about the addition? I do not want to get on anything crazy. Thanks!
