Stack Thoughts?

Hey guys,

I have been lifting hard for a year now. Over the summer I have increased my awareness of my diet and have a good handle on it. I am currently taking:

ON Gold Whey
Multi V
Casein
Creatine
Pre Workout

I am wanting to build mass and I have been getting gradual gains. I am thinking about adding Powerfull, BPI Sports A-HD and Solid to my supplement plan. Would it be ok if I just started to take Powerfull for now? What do you think about the addition? I do not want to get on anything crazy. Thanks!

What are your stats? Age, ht wt, body type etc...?

Supplements are great....however be prudent with your money and make good groceries top priority. Never sacrifice whole eggs, steak, cottage cheese etc...for a pretty tub of fancy protein....

As long as your food is covered then perhaps try a quality protein blend (Rxwhey pro blend) maybe a green foods supplement to cover trace nutrients...

40 bucks, here 50 bucks there for new overly hyped herbals etc,,,,,dont fall for the traps....

As you get more experienced you will stall realize hormones are the next step....

I've taken Powerfull before, it just helps you sleep better. Other than that I saw no benefit.

Thanks Matt! I am 21 Between 6ft and 6'1 weigh around 170 lbs, looking to get to 185 lbs (goal). I am a hard gainer so that goal will be hard lol. I try to cook raw chicken breasts, but since I am in college buying frozen chicken breasts is an easier option. What hormones are safe and effective? I appreciate the help.

Solid advice, you need to focus on getting enough clean calories in a day, and train like an animal! You are young, your hormone levels should be nice and high for your age, enjoy a solid few more years of it before you even think about hormones...building muscle is about patience and fun! Don't fall into the trap of wanting it now and diving in without some years of experience and do your homework and stay researching these forums on everything you should know about hormones before you start. One more favor you can do yourself is to make sure your supplements are good quality, I have spent too much cash on cheap, sub-par products. You can get to 185 soon rather than later. You will not need hormones (exogenous) to get to that mark. Once you break 200 (which you can as your height will allow it)

Then perhaps your genetic limit will be closer to being met.

As for what I recommend. Well, for OTC I only recommend the safest available products.

I hate methylated hormones with a passion, but I have liked turinabol (4-chloro) based hormones.

I like 11-oxo (11-keto-testsoterone) based products mega dosed -- very mild

I liked the fura clones and prostanozol clones as they were decent if you mega dosed them.

I love all of Primordial Performances new Andro v3 line as its the safest, and least suppressive on your HPTA function as the once-a-day dosing allows natural hormones to still pulse at night.

I wont talk too much more as I rather you keep pushing your natural abilities more.
