Started 12 wk cycle- please read and critique.

Hey all,

12 week cycle
Weeks 1-12 test sus 250 @500mg per week
Injected mon and thurs.

Weeks 1-6 tren ace @150mg per week
Injected mon, wed, fri.

Weeks 6-12 tren eth @150mg per week
Injected mon, wed, fri.

Weeks 6-12 anavar @100mg per day.

PCT weeks 12-? Nolvadex @40mg day.

25 years old
Weight 88kg/195p
Height 178cm/5'9
Diet is mostly paleo, very clean and calories range from 1800-2500 per day.
Training for about 5 years lifting, 1 year crossfit and oly lifting.
Crossfit and oly lifting rule my life these days, will this cycle benefit crossfit at all all the research I've done tells me it won't?

I hope to achieve lean mass, and cut the last 6 weeks of the course, if anyone is interested I can add diet/training breakdown?

Appreciate any critiscm and help!
 
yet to try Anavar (var) or tren. I havent researched them much. Sustanon (sust) looks fine though.

Your diet, what the plan on cals? Start at 2500 then slowly reduce? or calorie cycling?
 
Tren at 150mg a week I dont think will produce great benefit. What are your goals? Why low dose Tren? I'd bump the tren to at leasr 300mg a week. Add some Cabergoline on hand with Tren.
 
@JD408- first 6 weeks of cycle, I will cycle calories higher on days that I train and lower on my rest days. Last 6 weeks I hope to lower across the board, not so much that I loose size or strength but enough to drop BF%.
@MattyIce- first injectable cycle so my friend who helped me on it suggested I start with a low dose of tren incase I have a bad reaction and too see how my body copes. Lean mass and strength and mainly cutting, bf% is about 15% so want too get that right down, I also didn't want too have a high dose of tren due to the often high intensity of my training, I assume having more would make it worse??
 
First cycle = Test only. Tren is a wild pony bro, you need to improve diet not introduce a bunch of compounds

@hellyeahlesbians- agreed about the food, will increase to 2500-3500 first 6 weeks and maintain around 2500 last 6 weeks, have already started the tren, 1 week in so I will continue but thanks.
@jdranger- thanks, this is what I originally wanted test and finish with some var, but I was advised from my friend I would need tren for lean gains- despite all the research i did everyone still gives different answers.
@couch- Hahahahahahha it is bro, I also do oly lifting and regular lifting. I know most f you guys would t agree with the whole crossfit craze going on but I'm not a groupie so it's All good. Will the tren fuck my cardio like everything I've read said?
 
Yes tren will destroy your cardio bro, if you're hell bent on stacking compounds look into a test/equi/var cycle. Not a huge mass stacker but good quality gains and your endurance will go through the roof. You'll have to run a longer cycle though.
 
I agree, my experience with Tren left me with sometimes extreme shortness of breath. I could not run around the block to save my life, so I would think crossfit would simply be impossible. If you're hell bent on using Tren, stick to a traditional body building routine--- presses, squats, and deads. On Tren, you will gain mass while losing fat... So I would stick to a 4000 cal/ day diet. And run the cycle for at least 16 weeks. Test 600/ Tren 400/ Mast 400 with Anavar (var) or Winstrol (winny) at the end 6- 8 weeks. IMHO.
If you're hell bent on crossfit... Then Test 600/ Eq 400. IMHO.
 
Ok guys this info is amazing, ok new plan: stick with current cycle and revert too typical strength training, fuck crossfit for awhile. I can gain cardio quickly when I'm finished the course. My desire was always to try and cut, but the realisation that if I want too get strong I have too eat a fuckload is something I knew but didn't want too hear. I will up calories as discussed and see how we go from here.
@ all the guys reccomending equip did some quick research and looks good will definitely consider for the next course. Also I will up my tren.
Thanks a lot guys this is awesome. If anyone is interested I will put up gains etc and tell how it is all going. Any thing else anyone wants too add will also take on board.
 
Hey guys, going to ask a question none of you will agree with.........course is going well, have increased calories and strength/sex drive are going through the roof. But like most of you suggested- my cardio is fucked. I thought it would e bearable to the point that I would still be able to do some crossfit- but this is not the case, I'm concerned if I do crossfit while on tren I could run into some serious health problems. I have a crossfit comp mid December, should I continue with tren until say start of December? Should I stop tren and switch to equipoise? Will I have wasted my money only doing a shorter course of tren? Or should i stick with 12 weeks of tren. Or 6 weeks tren/6 weeks equipoise????? Please any advice would be great.
 
you need to run tren at least eight weeks because you likely won't feel the magic until the fourth week or so. i would say give up the cf comp, and do the next one. or, maybe, they will have something like grace that you can do on the tren. what kind of comp is it?
 
Just a regular comp, the gym holding it always has heavy comps so that should benefit me. Still if my cardio is non existent I will pull out. What about tren 8 weeks- equipoise 4-6 weeks to finish? Not long enough for the equip is it?
