Starting a new cycle. Advice and opinions welcome

Hi. Just some quick stats about myself.
24 years old
227 pounds
6 foot 3
Body fat is between 14-18% I believe.
Iv done 2 cycles before of tren ace and test prop.

Before I get started il admit I don't know that much about gear. But the person I get it off knows his stuff so Iv always followed his guidelines and never had any problems.
But I'm getting my new gear off someone else because my other contact has moved country.

So this new guy has recommended me a sust and clen cycle. Never touched either of these before so I'm just wondering what would you guys recommend? Dosage wise and how many times a week? I'm looking to cut down.

you admit not knowing too much about gear but you claim to have done 2 TREN & TEST cycles already, so what do you know then??
 
I would read the beginner cycle stickys. There's a lot more to it than taking whatever "your guy" offers. It's best to do your own research instead of listening to whatever someone tells you.
