History, involved with BB and AAS use since 1980. Was competitive in the mid 80's. I've gone through the old days of bro-science just stack and stab. Now in the last several years I've cycled using the knowledge of science and an education through books, forums, witness and my experience. I owned a gym in south Fl. so I've had the experience of training competitors.
In the last year I've had to take some unwanted time off. Depression lead me to only eating 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day. I weighed 192-195 lbs. When I left off and thus the weight loss.
Currently working a two day split but will begin a three day split soon.
New cycle:
Have been jump starting w/test Prop for three weeks.
wk 1-4 Test prop 150mg EOD (this has already been now on week 3)
wk 3-16 Test E 600mg EW
wk 3-12 Deca 600mg EW
wk 3-7 Dbol 50mg ED
wk 1-18 Arimidex .25 EOD
No PCT
wk 16- .....cruise w/Test 150-200 depending on BW
No BW done pre-cycle
BW wk 3 or 4
BW wk 8 or 9
BW wk 18
The unfortunate part of this whole thing is at my age I must be very careful and mindful of my age and aliments. Sometimes my intense workouts tend to make me loose a day or two. So pacing myself is very important concerning overtraining even without injuries.
Goal is to put back on my weight. Gain some of my muscle mass back and get to where I was when I left off (see my Avi) and maybe more. Keeping water weight down as best I can...Diet !
