Starting another cycle # ??

History, involved with BB and AAS use since 1980. Was competitive in the mid 80's. I've gone through the old days of bro-science just stack and stab. Now in the last several years I've cycled using the knowledge of science and an education through books, forums, witness and my experience. I owned a gym in south Fl. so I've had the experience of training competitors.

In the last year I've had to take some unwanted time off. Depression lead me to only eating 1,500 - 2,000 calories a day. I weighed 192-195 lbs. When I left off and thus the weight loss.

Currently working a two day split but will begin a three day split soon.

New cycle:

Have been jump starting w/test Prop for three weeks.
wk 1-4 Test prop 150mg EOD (this has already been now on week 3)
wk 3-16 Test E 600mg EW
wk 3-12 Deca 600mg EW
wk 3-7 Dbol 50mg ED
wk 1-18 Arimidex .25 EOD
No PCT
wk 16- .....cruise w/Test 150-200 depending on BW
No BW done pre-cycle
BW wk 3 or 4
BW wk 8 or 9
BW wk 18
The unfortunate part of this whole thing is at my age I must be very careful and mindful of my age and aliments. Sometimes my intense workouts tend to make me loose a day or two. So pacing myself is very important concerning overtraining even without injuries.

Goal is to put back on my weight. Gain some of my muscle mass back and get to where I was when I left off (see my Avi) and maybe more. Keeping water weight down as best I can...Diet !

One thing though: Were you runnin test e from week 1? Or have you just added it when you stopped prop?

Why no pre-cycle bloods though? How is your lipid profile & liver bro? Just curious as I'm beginning TRT soon so will likely be blasting and cruising for quite some time, and I don't plan on EVER stopping working out. When I'm 63 I hope to be pumping away at it like you lol. Just wondering how 30+yrs of AAS has gone on your body..

I edited it. Mistake on Dbol. It was to be for 4 weeks. Can't do pre-cycle BW because I'm on week three w/out the BW. I had to wait for $$$$ so the 3rd of May I'll do BW. Gotta do what I gotta do. :Pat:

PS: I just added in the Test E and everything after doing the Prop for almost 3 weeks.

Since I have been on the Test Prop for almost 3 weeks what would you say about how long before the Dbol will start to show up, in any reaction? I can already feel (see the prop) just a little bit due to knowing how my body reacts to AAS. I've gained a few pounds also because my appetite went up and I started pushing the calories. :dunno: Don't know about how this will all kick in with this entry.
 
good to hear your back at it Mike,, and you got your gear. Hope you start making gains and feeling better man. give the Dbol about 8-10 days and you'll really start feeling it kick in,, but don't go lifting heavy just cause you suddenly feel like a beast ;)

Prince No hijack, your cool man. I had a long break for 10 years. But I haven't suffered anything that I / or the doc's know. I have many health problems, osteoarthritis, bursitis and degenerate discs. The arthritis runs in the family. But none of these things have made anything worse.

I think I'll log it and post it in some kind of intervals. Please remember both me and you all don't know what to expect being this layoff so late at age 62-63. I have 4 protruding discs I work around L-2,3,4 and L-5. I have had a successful spinal fusion back in 2010, C-8 fused to T-1. I've mentioned the other ailments, bursitis and osteo........

Now don't get the idea I'm crippled because these things really only hold me back when I push too hard and go to that extra extreme that we all do to build mass. The overload and beyond failure. I always trained like that even two years ago. But I can't really go to those extremes anymore.

I just have to keep it under control and listen close to my body and not take chances. When my body says NO then I must understand that I'm 63 and it is, my body is what it is. Ageing is real I've come to know the past 3 years. This past layoff has set me back from where I was and it seems very difficult now, more than ever in my past layoffs. I'll see and we'll see.

I'd like to walk this out with you guys if you remember where I'm at and my age. :wavey:
 
Love this, as a 44 year old lifter I sometimes ask myself at what point should I throw in the towel. Reading posts like yours answers that question....NEVER!! Keep it up your a helluva inspiration especially to us fortysomethings who are standing at that crossroad. Would be great to see a log out of this if you have time
 
Despite the injuries and ailments, youve got the mindset, just from reading your posts, to accomplish anything you set out to. Youve got many years experience so be smart and use that to your advanatge and KILL IT!!!
 
Should've started test e and deca when you started prop. Basically after your 3 week blast of prop, your going to drop down and have to wait 4 weeks for the test e to kick in and another few weeks for deca. If you got enuff prop, keep pinning it till week 5 of test e.

I wasn't clear about the Prop.in my post. I have enough and am following it through for three more weeks @ 150mg EOD. Thanks for your input. :)
 
A prelude to my cycle log April 16th 2015

Ok Guys I plan to start a log for this cycle in a few days. I’m trying to figure out my outline. Any thoughts please comment.

As far as pic’s I will admit I’m a bit embarrassed as to I’m not much of what my background seems to portray. I have a good bit of Gyno now and since I wasn’t consistent over the past several years due to drug addiction and injuries I’m quite small. I don’t have much symmetry anymore with a lacking back (lats). Maybe I’ll just show pic’s with a tank top and this will be acceptable for the forum. :dunno:

I do want you guys to know the specific ailments that I MUST work around. I’ll tell you I have trouble with legs due to my back, no squats or leg press.

Ailments:

1. Lumbar 4 protruding discs L2- L5
2. Rotary cuff injury from years ago.
3. Spinal fusion C8- T1
4. Epicondylitis right and left.
5. Osteoarthritis in my hands, a bit painful from time to time.
6. My age 63 to be 64 in July hinders me in my overall stamina day to day. The big days knock my energy level way down and need more time to recoup even on cycle.

So I realize that this is my pity list and would like to have some leeway and or allowance because this is not going to be much to show or brag about. Remember I know where I stand and just don’t want everyone to think I’m some fake of a past time BB competitor.

I love the sport. It is a driving force in my life even though I get pretty discouraged when I see myself in a mirror or store window. No matter what this will be a blast from the past. :wavey:
 
Youll do great bro dont push heavy weight! Only enough to stimulate ease in your probably gonna feel great so dont risk injury i lift girl weight in the gym gotta love aas you can build impressive muscle with light weight train smart brother ill be following :)

But I figure, like I tell the newbies and others you are where you are and that's all there is to it. I shouldn't be embarrassed, so here I am and we'll see what I can do considering everything. So hang with me guys hopefully this cycle will help me acquire that look I once had, as a BBs look.
