Starting cycle , ur suggestions

Hi All

I am thinking about starting Test Cy cycle 500 mg weekly for 9 Weeks , I've read a lot

My height is 5'4 and my wt is 137.5 lb

I started bodybuilding before 1.5 years
My wt was 105 lb before that

Now its hard for me to gain it has been 3 months i only gained 1.5 lb with strict diet

So what are your suggestions for me ? I am really keen on starting a cycle , i know it feels like i should give it more time but i want to go to another stage

23 , bulky diet with trying to stay away from fat as possible i eat about 2700-2800 calorie a day with protein shakes like pro-complex and iso100 after training , i always calculate my calories , i miss one day sometimes every week with 400 deficit but other days are full intake

2700? No offense but you eat like a chick. No wonder you weight 135. Bro you need to add way more calories then that. Learn how to eat before you resort to aas. Because I've seen this many many times over the years and guess what? Aas will not work for you. Aas makes you anabolic but food is what makes you actually grow. So if you juice eating 2700 calories it won't do jack shit. Go to the diet section and get your diet together cause I don't even have to look at what you eat to tell you it sucks.

Also i never go under 85 grams of protien daily and most of the time above 100 g per day

Bro see why I mean. You have no idea what you're doing and you want to jump into the juice. You're flat out not ready. You're too young in the first place and you don't eat. You gotta atleast eat 1.5 times your body weight in protein a day. You got to be getting more that 200 grams if you want to grow.

I am not aiming to gain much fat if i ate like 3500 cals per day my body will use only like 2800 to build muscle the rest will go as fat i did too many calculations on that one , also you said 1.5 of body weight should be protien and thats what iam telling you its 93 i done it by the kg not the lbs , maximal protien intake is 15% of your body wt with kg , lbs have different rule in calculations
and btw i went in 3000 cals diet before and i gained fat like hell my ass was freaking big and i had to do alot of work just to get rid of that fat my muscle gain was nothing compare to fat with that high cal diet

Like everyone else said, you have to eat more dude! Heres the thing no matter what cycle you run if your diet isnt down pat then youre going to ultimately lose whatever gains you have made. Plus those gains will be minimal, not optimal.

Hmm youre barely at 1g protein / lb of body weight. You should be striving for at least 1.7g protein / lb body weight... So 230g protein / day min. Get your diet in order before you even get close to gear.

I havent even done my first cycle yet and ive been working out for 8 years lol. Starting May 1st :D

Thanks for passing by guys , and i am a medical student and still can't buy the 1.7g of protein /lb a day , seriously guys no offense but you need to read more , here are things to read about how maximum your protein intake should be and how effort you will waste by taking too much protein that will go away later without a benefit, studies have proven things you don't expect , just read :

Great studies about protein intake per day and per meal

Same goes for calorie as well if you ate a lot of calories than your body needs to build a muscle you sure will gain great deal of pounds but it will be stored in your body as fat

Read more guys , i will be happy to see resources or studies which shows am wrong

Hmm interesting. I was about to comment on your behalf but now that I read your last post, I think a "we aren't the ones needing help to grow" is in order. You came asking for help, then you aren't taking it. Dude if you have everything under control then go grow like a weed. Run your cycle and let us know how it works out. On a side note your first cycle wouldn't be 9 weeks but I'm sure you already have a source quote for that.

Also I'm curious to know if Ronnie Coleman or any other pro could have gotten that size eating 85g - 100g of protein a day as you do, or what is it the gear?

Eat more. Bump your calorie intake to about 3500 and see what happens. Dirty it up. U want to bulk then your goin to gain some fat. Fuck it u can cut later. But you sound like most of the guys who come on here Askimg for advice, then when it's not what u want to hear u don't listen. U know it all already. Good luck and be safe

i cut with that many calories. and 85g of protein? thats madness you need way more than that. thats only 345 calories fromprotein. what are the rest of your calories coming from? i dont even think youre counting your calories correctly. youre probally even lower than what you stated

Dont worry bro im eating around where your at, I need to stop eating like a chick and go up to like 3200 calories. But my protein intake is around 160-200 grams of protein every day. Im finding my low calorie intake isn't doing much for me, but gaining me weight. Used to bulk gaining 1/2 lb a week eating 3k calories. Now thinking I'll drop my calories low ill lose more weight. Im hitting starvation mode by eating to little, so im gaining weight. Past few days I went back up to 3k calories.
Im also 5'4 132 lbs.

*edit* also listen to these guys. Alot of them know what their talking about. Do alot of research before you get into this shit. Took me 3 months before I decided the safest and best route of doing AAS. Also cost of protein? If your going to be buying AAS you should have known before hand that diet would be more pricier then AAS. I bought mine for less then 500, but I know in the coarse of the cycle I'll probably spend more then that on proper food and supplements.

theres a difference between eating clean and eating calories. I've been competing at the professional level when you were still in diapers. So let me see thus so called cycle from a med student. Just because you a med student doesn't mean your a body builder. Lol good luck with your travels cause apparently your a know it all med student that eats the same amount of calories a middle school cheerleader dose. Lol

Age are not equal to knowledge

I can really take advice that was built on scientific bases , but some guys advice are very unscientific and seems myth , some guy is comparing me to ronnie coleman , ronnie coleman is steroid user so don't compare me naturally to him for god sake

And who said that i am not eating clean , you are just going around judging people without sense
You can ask 3j yourself about daily need of proteins , carbs , fat to build lean muscle mass not fat for your own weight

When i opened this thread i was hoping for good advice based on scientific bases if you people don't believe in science then don't read about bodybuilding in scientific way just hear advice from muscular guy who tells you to eat like 10 thousand calories a day and he takes juice without telling you to do so , classifying him self as a natural guy who started his cycle in his 30's

Do you have scientific resources or researches that proves your idea ? its definitely yes for me to eat 5000 cals while using test as enhancement for protein synthesis , but what are you trying to do by depending on you natural levels of building muscle from the things you eat without enhancing the power of muscle production itself will seem stupid

Its just like you are giving huge amount of raw material to low production factory

All I read was fluff, because despite all your "brains" you still have yet to explain to us why you aren't bigger. You weren't compared to Ronnie Coleman, a question was asked about Ronnie Coleman. Once again despite all your brains, I'm surprised your reading comprehension is so poor.

In case you haven't noticed there are typically guys on both sides of the fence when it comes to the science community. You're correct in saying age doesn't equal knowledge but it does tend to equal wisdom which is gained from experience. A ton of smart kids out there under the age of 12 but without life experience they are still just a kid. You would be lacking very much so in the department of wisdom if you so easily overlook the benefit of age.

You were given the answers to your question. Choose to follow them or not, either way I'm happy with my size on and off cycle....what about you?

I'm on a lean bulk with 3j and he has me eating almost 2g protein per pound bodyweight so you need to up your daily intake.
