did shopping, bough more pop tarts, grapes, water melon, gatorade and V8. and whole wheat bread. fruits for the fructose. ate Nutrigram bars today they have 27g of Carbs in them. and protein bar 29g.
this is what i ate today:
8am -egg and cheese sand.
10am started to eat nutrigram bars. ate 7 through out the day so figure 189g of carbs from nutri gram bars.
2pm 3 pop tarts 30g each
was drinking gatorade through out the day.
3:30 protein bars.
6:30 protein bars.
so i put in about 650-700grams of carbs into my body today.
going to do alot more tommorow since im taking 2 pills starting tommorow.
weighed myself on the scale gaine 1.5 pound
...
what else should i eat for more carbs?...
if i take the first pill at 8-9am what time should i take second 2:30-3pm? please advice.
