starting first cycle, need some advice/help

i need some advice and help on how to do my first cycle and how i will make good gains rather then bad ones. for my cycle I'm starting with dbol 100(methandrostenolone Injectable), prop 100(testosterone propionate) and hue gave me tamoxifen citrate tablets 10 mg to use as my pct once I'm done. he recommended doing one .5ml shot of dbol on monday and 1ml of test on wed for 4 weeks . do you guys think thats a good first time cycle or should i change something? any help or advice would be great. thanks in advance.

weight: 145 pounds
Bf: 10%
Years training: almost 4 years, but i make no gains because of poor diet or lack of consistency in gym.
Diet: started eating high carb and protein diet recently.
 
bro you need to do LOTS of more research! dont touch the gear yet!!! come back when you know what your talking about
 
my suggestion is to keep up with your new diet until you reach at least close to your natty limits. don't feel bad when I started hitting the weights I weighed about the same as you with 15% bf. if you cant gain weight naturally you wont gain much on cycle. diet and training consistently is key to this game.

i understand, which is why i came here. iv taken sustanon 250 3-4 times and deca- just once. not as a cycle but just randomly. i trusted this guy and he kinda just wanted to make money, but yeah now I'm researching. thanks for ur advice tho.

So how do you think a cycle is going to help you? This is the last thing in the world you need right now. Learn how to eat - eat a lot - and train. Lift weights. Play a physical sport. The gains will come.

yeah iv been consistent for almost 3 months and i plan on keeping it this way for next 1-2 months then start a cycle, iv gained about 8 pounds in the past 3 months.

All that does is shut down your natural testosterone production. You are really messing yourself up.
 
if you cycle dbol and test right now at this weight you will blow up like a balloon possibly 20-30lbs then ending up pissing all but 5lbs (if your lucky) of it away. You don't want to be the guy who blows up and shrinks every 3 months

thanks allot for your advice...ill stay away from this for now and come back when I'm somewhat ready.
 
you said that you were barely hitting the gym and nutrition is bad. HONESTLY, the nutrition is MORE IMPORTANT than the workout and gear itself. make sure your getting all your macros in.
as for the cycle itself, you should be taking test for 10-12 wks. the dbol is fine for 4 wks.
i suggest howwever to do more research and just hit the gym for a while naturally. get your weights up and get a good routine going.
