starting first cycle, need some advice/help

so whats the suggested anabolics i should start with? i won't start now but i can take the stuff i have now back to the guy and get something else..?

My advice is to stick around here and learn. Make friends dude a lot of us are cool as fuck and more than willing to help. And when you hit that 165 or 175 lay out your first cycle for us to critique. This board has the most knowledgeable members of any board I'm a part of. Just my .02 brother. Happy lifting
 
please listen to advice given here... steroids are NOT magic. your NOT gona gain 30 lbs. be real lucky to gain 8-10lbs of quality muscle after cycle with GREAT EATING AND TRAINING.
if you can't gain natural threw diet and training you WON'T keep any gains anyway. no one's trying to keep you from the magic beans , rather trying to help you . love hearing how people brag about 30lbs in 10 weeks bla, bla, bla. it's FAT OR WATER.
give yourself a year of dedicated training and eating better then revisit the idea.
sorry for the loooong read but i started training when i was 19 (mid 40's now) was 5'7 about 150. no matter how hard i've trained i'm still 5'7 :(
seriously tho. went from 150 to about 180 natty in 3 years. totally changed my body. looked 200, low bf ect. MOST important, got to know how my body reacts, how to train, what works and what doesn't. i'm now about 200. hoping to reach 205 after this cycle.

yes I'm def going to stick around, get some knowledge, make friends and then get on a cycle. thanks for all the advice, highly appreciate it.
 
2500 is not enough to grow big if you are exercising hard. Try counting everything you eat for one week and track calories burned as well. I think you will be surprised.

As you read the stickies, are you beginning to see why your proposed cycle is a horrible one?

yeah I'm reading allot of articles an beginning to understand its not the time of rme to start the cycle , ill just save this and do it later on sometime...

But do you see that the actual cycle that you were proposing was bad in itself? And that taking one shot of sustanton once in a while is very bad for you?

yes i do. i trusted a friend at that time who had been taking anabolics for a long time.
 
Keep track of your calories for a few days or a week. Once you know your daily intake, increase by 500. Keep doing this until you start gaining weight. If you are consistent with your diet, there's no reason you can't gain 20 pounds of muscle in a year without steroids. You're still young enough that your body is producing plenty of test naturally. I thought I was a "hard gainer" until I took the time to look a little more seriously at my diet. I went from a skinny 160 pound twig to 195 naturally in about a year and a half and I was 31 when I started training seriously. I'm trying to put on another 10 or 15 pounds naturally before I get on gear. Stick around here and read the forums so when you're ready for your first cycle you'll know what you're doing.
