Hello all. My name is Jared and im 29.. 225 lbs..ive ran a 12 week cycle of test a while back and am ready to start a new cycle..im still new to all of this except for the research and veiwing all of your posts here which have been a great help..thank you for that.. i plan on running test e with deca...

week 1-12
400mg deca
600mg test e

week 12-14
600mg test e

week 1-17
nolva @ 20mg per day

....week 13-17
clomid
day 1 300 mg
day 2-11 100mg
day 12-22 50mg.... i do not have the clomid on hand and wondering if the letrozol would work as a substitute and if so what would the doses be...


i have letrozole and hcg on hand also but not sure where to place them in the cycle or if i need them..also have a bottle of trenbolone 150mg/ml 10ml if you think it would help to jump start the cycle...so basically on hand i have 2-bottle of deca 250mg/ml 10ml (optimal labs)....2-test e 250mg/ml 10 ml (optimal labs)....2 test 400mg/ml 10 ml (lixus labs)...1 tren e 150mg/ml 10 ml (lixus labs)...100 20mg anavar (lixus labs)...200 20mg tamoxifen (lixus labs)...40 1.5 mg letrozole(image training llc)....2 test p 100mg/ml 10ml (lixus labs)...2 Winstrol (winny) 100mg/ml 10ml (lixus labs)

supliments:cycle assist...anivite..cissus...fish oil..flax seed...vitamin b 6
hydro whey
I would appreciate any help or advice on adding to this cycle or taking something away from it...i want to do it right and safe!!! any and all suggestions appreciated..thank you jared

I don't think that you have enough deca for 12 weeks. I could be wrong but I think you would need more. As for HCG either use it from week 2 on or at the end of the cycle for a blast phase. Also clomid is usually 50/50/50/50 split for PCT.

Use the nolva at the end with PCT, not during the cycle. Run it at 40/40/20/20 along with the clomid. You should use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), like aromasin or adex for the entire cycle and through PCT.

Keep researching bro, you're on the right track. Come back with an updated cycle before you start and make sure it gets some thumbs up before you start.

How were you planning to dose that test in order to get 600mg per week for 14 weeks?

He would run 3/4 of a mil for 300 since its 400/ml that way he's on point for his 600 weekly split. And concrete king I would hold off on the tren for now and wait until you have a few cycles under your belt and you know what you're doing more. Ive only done one run myself and soon to be #2 but im gonna wait until prob 4 or 5 runs so I know how all these compounds feel. And Omega is right, better to have it all figured out from the get go so you know if you have everything that you need. Dont start it half assed.

i appreciate all the input guys...if my math is correct on the deca i have 2 bottles at 10 ml @250mg per ml would be 5000 mg total and 400 a week at 12 weeks would be 4800mg total....for the test i have 2 bottles of 250mg/ml and 2 bottles of test 400 from lixus...now the letrozol wich is close to or predicessor of armidex when or where should i start this in my cycle, week 2? @ 25mg a day??.....also in post cycle would it be ok to run Winstrol (winny) with test p or should i build another cycle with that..

has any one ran optimal labs before?? i know the test e is legit buddy had blood work done and # were out the roof but i dont know anyone that ran there deca..

You'll need a more seasoned vet to tell you about the letro. Letro is not usually used with a cycle to prevent gyno, but used if gyno becomes a problem. Don't take the letro unless you need it. Get some aromasin and run it at 12.5mg ED for the entire cycle and PCT. Nolva isn't to be used during cycle at all. Use it at the end for PCT. Don't even bother with the Winstrol (winny) IMO. To many bad sides associated with winny.

clomid should not be run until week 17 as your test is run through week 14... run the clomid for 4 weeks at 50mg ed with 30mg of nolva... no need for the nolva during your cycle, it WONT help with water retention, u need some arimidex or aromisin for that...
