Starting Small and Smart. Need Intelligent Help

Hi, Im 21 yrs old, 5'10 210lbs at 12-14%BF. Been Lifting for 2.5 yrs, 100% natty and was 152lbs 5'10, 12%BF prior to starting.

Ive done research on AAS, and know my first injectable cycle will be Test-E @500mg/wk. I wanna play this smart, and start small so I dont "burn out" so to speak. I realize test is the king of AAS, and I just feel that jumping straight from a 100% Natty to Testosterone may not be the smartest move. Because afterwards, the only option is more testosterone or stacking with another steroid.

I realize I can gain more naturally, but it is getting harder and harder. I see myself training one more year natty. At this point I was thinking instead of jumping to testosterone, maybe something smaller. All Id really need at this point is a little "boost" to progress further. Just a taste of whats to come later, with testosterone.

So I was thinking a 3-4 week cycle of a Pro Hormone. I realize most are garbage with fractional results of AAS, with just as many sides. But I also know they are some legit ones out there. Now I am not sold on this PH but an example of a decent one I see would be Beastdrol.

So, I was thinking, maybe a few short 3-4 week PH cycles here and there over the course of the next 2-3 years. Just to give me a little "kick" to maximize gains before moving to AAS at a later age like 25.

What do you guys think? It seems like a wise move to me, but I dont have the first hand experience like you fellas do.

IMO ph's are a ripoff and can do more harm than good. My biggest problem at your age were squats and food - not enough of them. I'd check out a good workout plan like 5/3/1 or mass made simple by Dan John. Also google GOMAD and check out the diet section here. You need to eat a lot more even if it isn't clean. Just drop the fat later but you'll be bigger and stronger. Try it for six weeks and see what happens.
 
Okay 1st off I agree with Hoedown about squats and food. Legs are the biggest muscle group followed by back. Therefore, these groups, when stimulated, will in turn make you release more natural growth hormone at night while you are sleeping. So hit the major muscle groups hard, eat right, and sleep 8-10 hours nightly.

I realize you most likely know all this but the reason I wanted to hit up on these items are because I don't think you should use prohormones. They are riddled with sides as you say, and a LOT of them do shut down your system anyhow and sometimes a post cycle therapy (pct) is required.

WHEN you are ready you are correct with 500 mg weekly of test cyp or e. The only difference between the 2 are one carbon molecule, so don't let availability or cost get in your way, they are effectively the same thing.

As far as burning out here is what I think. If you only use occasionally your receptors will downgrade about 5-6% each cycle ( I do not have any facts about this but it is what I see a lot). So you can take breaks, cycle 2 times a year, or there are additional compoounds you can add to test to reach desired results w/o going over 700mg test per week.

Say you get super serious about BB there is HGH. If you find yourself cycling often, HGH makes AAS more efficient and since you would be cycling often anyhow you will find yourself on HGH anyhow.

The above two paragraphs should be ignored and not even considered for now, but just showing you have options if you research enough.

It's good to see someone who is so new to the idea of AAS but gets it. You did your homework obviously. It sounds like you know what your doing @ 5'10" 210lbs. I was the same when I was 21 y/o.

Once again when your done natty ( I would try to push it off till 23 but most say 25) skip the ph's. Test is proven by time and results. Many people have taken it and side effects as well as desired effects are well documented and ANY time you need a reference you can find it here or on another site.

I hope this helps you make up your mind. Whatever you decide to do, get bloodwork done before and after. Not only can you make sure that the chems yourr using are legit, but you also can get a baseline and after test to determine if you have fully recovered or not.
