Starting to have a few small side effects what should i do??? help asap please guys!!

I'm on my 10th week of taking sust 250 only I'm taking it twice a week monday thursday for a total of 500 a week I'm starting to get some acne on my face a shoulders nothing that bad just a little more than i'm used to and my nipples are always hard and sensitive i have nova and clomid on hand should i take some to knock down some of the estrogen??? or should i wait bc i only have 4 more weeks left with my cycle?

Nolva and Clomid will not "knock down estrogen". It will only block estrogens affects at the receptor sites. You need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for this. You should have had one from the beginning. If nothing else at least run 10-20mg nolva a day to block gyno, but I would get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) right away if you can.

yeah man i have a doctor here that will give me just about anything i want but i was told i an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) isnt a must with only shooting twice a week at 500 i did my research before i started i can't stand people that just pick up a pin and shove it in them self without knowing anything about it..... so i should deff grab some from him? if so when i get it how much and how often should i take it... thanks for the help man!

If you ran an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through your cycle, you wouldn't be posting this right now. I'm on 800mg of test and running anastrozole at .25 every day and I got no sore nips or any of that crap.
