i m a right hander andu can say that i m very weak with my left hand..even shifting car brakes is a heculean task for me lolz 
but in the gym it is fine..i can do dumb bell curls pretty easily and i m getting good results ever since i started 4.5 yrs back..
but the only prob is that when i take the measuring tape in my hand , i get a shocker..
my right biceps measures 16.6 inches these days whereas the left biceps is only 16 inches ... i tried that idea of doing 2-3 extra reps with the left arm but that hasnt helped much...
what do u guyz say..is this just cuz of natural growth potential or what??

and yeh... i did triceps yesterday and since then my right hand elbow is hurting like shitt.. signs of tennis elbow or what..
i usually get this pain when i do triceps but the pain goes away in a couple of hours.. but this time its been there for around 36 hours..
any cure... apart from resting ..
tomorrow is monday and i need to do chest tomorrow..
