Stay lean while bulking?

Looking to stay somewhat lean as I bulk. Would running 25mg T3 ED or 50MG EOD T3 benefit me some or would that simply be replacing my natural levels of t3?
 
Why would you want to run t3 well bulking?? This makes no sence b/c t3 revs up you thyroid and it dose not distinguish between fat and muscle so you would be wasting away your gains. Run a clean bulk with test/eq or something and save the t3 for cutting.
 
Running a low dose like this is commonly done in an attempt to stay lean while bulking and/or on the theory that increased metabolism will result in better gains. I have personally had trouble gaining weight even on a low dose of T3 but I recommend that you give it a try.
 
T3 also does have the benefit of increasing protein synthesis. But in reality, the best way to stay lean is to keep a clean diet...it aint easy!
 
Too much trouble IMO, I mean if you are tyring to bulk why not know that you are going to get results for your hard earned money and training and eat like a champ, clean but good, I enjoyed eating 10 chicken breasts a day for 2 months.... throw in a little regular flavored oatmeal in the morning for a few meals until lunch and then throw in some fruit and veggies for a few through lunch and dinner, a post workout shake and your golden bro....
