would someone at 5'8 light heavys which is maximum 197 on stage have alot of damage from gear? i see alot of ppl at my gym light heavys/ heavys that never come off
Unfortunately we can't see pituitary damage visually, so that's a really hard question to answer. Tendon/ligament damage we can see, but AAS isn't necessarily needed to achieve that.

It really helps though. My tendons and ligaments did not catch up to my strength and there is something wrong with my left elbow. Weighted dips and close grip bench are a bitch now.

i had some serious issues with tendonitis.. an acupuncturist fixed me up with about 3 visits, that was a last resort after seeing all kind of diff docs and a physical therapist. suffered that shit for 6 mos and in less than a month of acu it was completely gone
