Soo I just have to vent:
About me:
I am 23 years old and do gear. Started when I was 19 and admit that is was a horrible mistake. Only took it because I was very frustrated with the fact that my chest would not grow and some dude at the gym pushed D-bol on to me and told me how to take it. Needless to say I did a dry 6 week D-bol only cycle with no AI or PCT or Test, and lots and lots of alcohol. Bad idea. Then age age 21 I found this place(never made an account) and it educated me SO MUCH on how to run gear. So fast forward to today:
So the gym I work out out there is a group of 5 guys who all work out together which me and my friend call them the "douche bag group". They are your stereotypical young(ages 19-22) juice heads that worship Zyzz and try to act like him too. Always take shirtless pictures at the gym and have a bunch of girls who worship them. Now I am not mad at them for the fame they are getting, but instead their approach to AAS. These guys push their ideas onto others(mainly kids their own age) on how to cycle. Now, they do a proper cycle with Test as a base with AI. HOWEVER this is their cycle: Test/Var for 8 weeks, then take 4 weeks off(this is what they consider PCT and time off) then get back on for 8 weeks. They have been doing this for 2 years now of going 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off. All year round for 2 years straight now. The worst part? They get other people on their program as well of going 8 on and 4 off all year round because they think that is the proper way to cycle.
What pisses me off is now I am seeing more and more people in the gym jump on this program of theirs because they assume that is how you run gear properly. Is is getting to the point that its not even people in my age group, its the older guys in their 30's that are jumping on their program because they want to look like them.
Oh and these guys do not get bloodwork done and party hard. They go out and club almost every weekend and do cocaine and ecstasy. One of them even got rushed to a hospital in the back of an ambulance because he passed out from dehydration from the ecstasy. Where I do have to give them credit is, they diet good(outside the partying) and they bust their ass off very hard at the gym.
But that is my vent, just wondering if you guys have morons at your gym who assume they know how to do gear and try and educate others
