Steroids and cholesterol!!!!

Just make sure ur diet is spot on... and take some milk thistle and omega 3's and u should be fine as long as you dont do a 24 week long cycle with a 17-aa.. that could be bad.
What should I include and not incluse in my diet?
I kna Milk Thistle is good for the liver but I did not kna it is good for cholesterol aswell!
I eat alot of food esp fish that contains Omega 3's!
I am planning on using injectibles only!
The only orals I will be using are the anti-estrogens!
Imagine the harm to the liver and cholesterol with a 24 week 17-aa cycle!

I tink HDL is affected!
How much Test did u run?
Yeah, Niacin is good cholesterol levels and so r plant sterols n plant stanols!
Da worse culprits for cholesterol arw 17 aa orals especially winnie!
I tink da only orals dat do not screw up cholesterol levels are Andriol, Anavar n Primobolan Tans!

anavar is one of the worst steroids there is as far as wrecking your hdl.

Apparently HDL is directly linked to estrogen. Lower the estrogen levels, the lower your hdl. So it would follow that any steroid that causes a lack of estrogen or that lowers estrogen should have a negative impact on HDL. Thats the thoery anyhow, makes sense to me. Therefore it should stand to reason that Testosterone alone shouldnt have a negative impact unless you use an anti e with it.

That is what i think aswell!
I would use an anti-e like Clomid or Nolvadex instead of an aromatase inhibitor like Letrozole or Arimidex!

So if we ran say 12.5mg ed of aromasin during a cycle. It will help with HDL...right?
I mean...why not take it if it's gonna give more than just the benefit for what we take it for.

I tink it is the other way around!
If u take aromasin or another aromatase inhibitor it will screw ur HDL alot because it is stoppping estrogen production!....
The estrogen is needed for HDL which is the good cholesterol that removes LDL (bad cholesterol) from the blood!
Nolvadex, Clomid and Proviron leave the estrogen in the blood!

all this points to the importance of getting blood work and taking time off to recover after cycles. we need to be responsible and remember that our health is more important than our physiques. when hdl is low, there are things we can do to get it back up to normal range. cardio, niacin, fishoil, garlic, grape juices, etc. i think way to many bro's especially the new guys to the game get so obsessed with the idea of being huge and strong that they sacrifice their health which imo is not a good payoff. i think alot of bro's say they get blood work but really don't get blood work. this game is mentally addictive and it easy to get carried away and careless.

My HDL went down from 40 to 19 after a long tren cycle. That was a year ago and since then ive megadosed with niacin for a couple months and ran a 12 week test only cycle and my hdl is up to 26 now. I wonder if it would be higher if i hadnt run the test cycle.

imo it would have bounced back faster w/o the test cycle. at least you are responsible and get blood work bro.

If I do AAS I am going to be a responsible user and have blood tests done every month or EVERY FORTNIGHT!
After all what is the point if having an Arnie/Sly physique while not being healthy on the inside!
