you should also try counting your calories, most people eat way less than they think. kinda hard to get big on chicken and rice bro.

I agree with u completly bro, u need to count your calories a 8oz chicken breast and 1.5 cup of rice is only 600-700 calories i am not running uncle z line but i was stuck at weight and when i thought i was eating enough i counted and indeed i was off alot more then i thought
 
this is what its usually like..


meal 1, 2 cups of oats and 2-3 scoops of protein powder + big spoon full of peanut butter.


meal2, 2 chicken breasts with olive oil and cheese on top of them a bit, and half a plate full of brown rice.


meal3, 3 scoops of protein powder

meal4, 2 chicken breasts covered in olive oil and half a plate full of brown rice a gain.

meal 5- nearly 2 servings of a weight gainer. so like almost a thousand or 800ish calories.

ill put snacks around these aswell.. cookies and stuff

sometimes ill switch around what ill eat depending on my schedule.. not to include ill eat fruits/bananas/broclii etc.

It looks like you're getting a lot of your nutrition from shakes and weight gainer. Those are good and fine, but IMO I think you should add more food in place of all the shakes you drink. I eat as much as you do now by my meal 3. That could be a big part of your problem.

EAT!!

I would suggest adding some red meat in that diet.

Weight gainer shakes are garbage. Eat more food, period. Two chicken breat is average 8-9 oz. Eat 10 oz, throw in red meat and whole eggs. Throw in an extra meal.
 
Hey man, I'm on Z's Test 500mg week too.

I had to bump up my carbs by 200 - 300 grams to see a difference.

Right now I'm shooting for 4500-5000 calories a day with 500-700 grams of carbs, 250-300 grams of protein, and 100 grams of fat.

You will definitely put on some fat, but take advantage of the test while you have it in your system.

P.S. I was experiencing the same thing as you, and wanted to get some blood work done just to see if his stuff is legit. It sure as hell is. I will NEVER doubt Z again.

i dont see all the problems with his diet others do, i agree for someone who wants to gain more its too 'clean' but there is more than enough protein in there.

i agree with det-oak where as, op has put on 17lbs, and not happy,wtf.....use the test to help solidify that, end of cycle you may come out 22lbs ahead, say keep 17lbs after post cycle therapy (pct), id say that was a successful run.....considering the clean diet, the weight gain would look great, better than 25-30lbs of puffy size....

i think alot of people think every cycle they are gonna blow up,when if this were the case wed all be 325lbs ripped....
personally on 500mg test wk, i eat a bit above maintenance, and it cuts me up, i dont blow up 20lbs, but solid transformation and good size added by the end of the cycle....op its not a race, if you can add 6,7,even 9-10lbs of solid size a year and keep it-its excellent, and thats on gear, have some patience and itll be worth it.....
again if your goal is to 'blowup' then i agree with everyone in that you need to add some calorie dense foods, and stop eating like you are on a cut

this is the biggest misconception about LE gear. Just because it takes 3-4 weeks typically while takinig LE test, that shit kicks in as soon as you inject it.

What Det said is correct. You gained 17lbs. Unless you lost 15lbs after you stopped, like he said, you are just solidifying your gains you made from the synergy between the Dbol and the Test. You didn't gain all that weight just from the Dbol, unless you lost it all and it was all water. So unless you lost it all, or you got really fat, stop worrying.

One other thing people forget. If you start at 200lbs and within 4 weeks you're 217lbs, you need to up your cals regardless of gains. More weight = more calories needed.

Stop eating all that damn protein powder and start eating big. Add some cheat meals. One every other day is fine. Just make it good kcals. No ice cream and chips.

Every Friday eat a whole pizza for lunch.
Every Monday have 2 quad stackers from BK.
Stuff like that.

Here's my Sunday cheat day from my old bulking days.

Meal 1 - 2 stacks of buttermilk pancakes from Cracker Barrell, lotsa syrup. 2 servings of turkey sausage. 3 eggs over easy.

Meal 2 - 3 PB&Js with 8oz Milk

Meal 3 - 2 double quater pounders with Cheese, large fry, applie pie or parfait from McDonalds.

Meal 4 - Same as #2

Meal 5 - X large Pizza. Sausage, extra cheese, and pepperoni from Papa Johns.

Meal 6 - Same as #2

Every Sunday the WHOLE DAMN CYCLE. You wanna get big, you gotta follow these rules.

THINK BIG, EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, GET BIG.
 
^^^now thats a fkn diet....if you eat good most of the time, a day like that will do nothing to the waistline, if anything youll feel alot more pumped from the starch, fats, ect...i like your style!
 
i get really hungry on test. i can eat a shit ton more than normal. sounds like the downside of a dbol run to me.

agree. dbol is nothing but a shit ton a fast gained water weight...it almost ruins the rest of ur cycle cus ur recovering from that shit while ur still on...i will neveer touch that shit

lol i agree with djm, that's a good day of eatin'! haha, my cheat days are just like too, once a week-ish. a whole pepperoni pizza, a trip to bk and/or mcd. japanese mcd was a greasy mess until this year when they finally released the quarter and dbl quarter pounders. took them 25 years to finally realize it would never work and throw in the towel on the "113.398093 gram'er with cheese" concept and just embrace the fuck'n american standard system.

bk was traditionally better but only a couple in tokyo and still greasier than us bk, and mcd quarter pounder came around and changed that..

i can have a day like this once every 7-10 days and still cut, it definitely doesn't hurt the waist. i often fast 1 day a week and it is usually the next day and i have killer workouts in the morning. i will often drink xtend throughout my fast day so it's not a 100% fast. only difference for me between a bulk and cut is the volume of food i eat on any given day.
 
bro, go to the doctor and get a test check done and then you'll know for sure what your levels are. then from there you can decide what to do.
 
enanthate was about as useless as tits on a boar to me - I am pretty sure it was just converting to estrogen even in smaller amounts. Try cypionate instead.
 
thanks for new posts, really appreciated. gonna call up tomorrow to see if i can get a blood test and im also upping my calories with alot more fats.
