still feeling nothing on test...

this is what its usually like..


meal 1, 2 cups of oats and 2-3 scoops of protein powder + big spoon full of peanut butter.


meal2, 2 chicken breasts with olive oil and cheese on top of them a bit, and half a plate full of brown rice.


meal3, 3 scoops of protein powder

meal4, 2 chicken breasts covered in olive oil and half a plate full of brown rice a gain.

meal 5- nearly 2 servings of a weight gainer. so like almost a thousand or 800ish calories.

ill put snacks around these aswell.. cookies and stuff

sometimes ill switch around what ill eat depending on my schedule.. not to include ill eat fruits/bananas/broclii etc.

I agree with the rest about your diet.

Your 1st meal isnt right. Dont use protein powder in this meal as a main source of protein, powders offer 1/8 of what real food offers. Go with 7 or 8 egg whites . Maybe throw in a yolk.

Stop eating cookies!! Eat cleaner. If your hungry enough for a cookie or two then your hungery enough for 2 cans of tuna and some kidney beans or something like that.

Post your meal plan on 3J`s advice thread (found here on this site) he`ll tune you up .

No strength gains on 500 mg test a week and were talkin for 7 weeks?? COME ON. I mean, all the advice you get from people is for people who is not on juice... Sure, it matters what you eat and so on, but you dont eat that crappy.. you got ripped off face it

i was the one who said it wasnt fake test. at week 7 coming off dbol and your strength gains arent climbing yet..........no shit sherlock you just got taking the best shit there is for strength ( besides halo) the all american drug, fucking Dbol the king of kings for gains. I mean we made the shit to win the olympics you think America was gonna do some half assed attempt at an oral steroid?

Then your comment is " 500mg of test 7 weeks in no strength gains?" 500mg test doesnt do a damn thing for me but make my pecker hard. 750 is the minimum dose i require to see ANY drastic changes in strength, stamina size all that shit. Even 1gram of test doesnt stack up to the strength gains on dbol so i dont see how he got advice from people not taking juice..........................i know were not talking about me cause i take more "juice" than most of the sane guys around here.

so here are my points

1# when you come off dbol dont expect your strength to keep climnbing uinless your tren e just kicked in

2# food- put up or shut up, anyone that tries to make it sound like diet is secondary to the juice is obviously "not taking the juice" or has never eaten properly on the juice. if i miss a meal a day for 2 days my strength is effected.

lastly............dont blame it on the gear.................blame your self

Its sounds really odd to me that another forum is out there saying Z is under dosed............although ive never tried his gear im on enough boards and know enough people that use it to where i would hear if his gear sux. If that were the case then i would be the first one to shout it loud and proud.

Im starting to think your a troll danny, ive seen you post on meso and i cant remember what your deal was but believe im going to find out..............and if your just another person trying to tarnish a reputation your completely wasting your time.

yup still no gains and on week 12. found some unbiased forums and realized the truth. don't believe it was fake just extremely under dosed.

if your not a troll then i apologize. it just sounds weird to me that you kind of stated that this forum is bias. its not a bad thing that you have to be around for a while before you can just go and try to call out a lab, especially a sponsor.

there are alot of competitors out there that use these forums to bash their competitors.

if you made gains on the dianabol, and that stopped after u stopped the d-bol than, yea, id say ur gear is pretty fake. 7 weeks, and no pumps or gains. id say it is. 500mgs is plenty to feel the effects. just my personal opinion. dont feel bad. ive had one good experience. i tried test whem i was 19, way too young. i only did 1/4 cc a week, and blew up in 6 weeks. within 2.5 weeks i was feeling it. 20 lbs, 6 weeks. i stopped cause i was so young and didnt know shit. not, 7 yrs layer, i cant find any legit product. tried mexgear, they suck. and the oh so famous, ******gear, ha, yea. they sucked balls too. and anyone who wants to tell me its my "diet" or that gen gear IS real is a fuckin idot. don't be fooled brothers. look on the forums, the names and coments dont lie. ill give them that, gen and mex both have awsome customer service.... BUT.. woulfnt you treat a person great if he/she was just handing you over money? make sense? so, im just putting this out there, and im no guru, not a know it all, never written on a forum, this is my first post, just wanted to put what i know out there. gennxxlgear.com, 1mexgear.com.... ones ive tried... total let down. ive lifted for over 10 yrs. gained 100 lbs natural before ever contomplaiting using gear. wanted to wait till i was "ready". well..... sad to say.... seems like no one is out there to compensate me for the $'s i've entrusted to their fake ass, scheming, totally bunk ass gear. well..... hope this saves some kid a few $'s, and dont read this and try and find a "positive" post to make yourself feel good about wanting to buy from these places. i myself have yet to locate a true supply of leit gear. rediculous.
