Okay, so long story short, I screwed up. I ended up (for reasons I won't delve into) having to cut my dbol 40mg e/d test e 500mg e/w short, and I ended up only being on the stuff for 3 weeks total, but apparently this was more than enough to shut me down. I decided not to PCT since the cycle was so short lived, and this was my big mistake. So now I'm 7 months past all that and granted, feeling a ton better than I did a few months ago, but still definitely don't feel normal yet.
If I had to describe how I feel still, it would be apathatic, mild fatigue, and a mild lack of confidence. It's not like it's some major issue but over time is grades on you because it is constant, so I'm getting very impatient waiting for my test to fully recover.
And please guys don't sit here and tell me I don't "know" if I'm recovered yet until I get my bloods. Here's the thing about that, yes, your bloods will tell you a number, but if you still feel like shit (and I feel completely fine prior to my cycle), then what good is it to you? If I went to a doctor right now who was just going to tell me my test is at 600 or so and it's completely normal, but I feel all the low test symptoms, what good is it?
SO, my real question here is does it really take this long to recover my natty test post cycle if I didn't run pct? Did I shut myself down permanently or something terrible to which I should just go look to get TRT? And is there anything at all I can do to speed this up? (i.e. nolva or something?)
Oh and one more thing, I did get a blood sample back around 2.5-3 months after my last pin, my test was around 450, if that helps.
Any empirically or scientifically backed statements, not opinions, would be of great help. Thanks guys.
