how did/do you guys go about eating more food. I get full pretty easy, and if i eat too much, i get nauseas(sp?). how did you go about expanding your stomach. big meals, or snacking :S.. anything
i was the same way you are but over time it will expand, but the key to success is small meals every 2 hours or so. its mainly mental so just push yourself and it will become second nature almost an addiction
Yeah, make it a habit and you will need food every second hour.
Eat as the rest said, smaller meals every second-third hour. Closer when around workout and youll be able to eat more.
