Stop over complicating things

you know i read on here alot..about diet, advice, cycles, workouts, and this is just my opinion but i think aome guys over complicate things, way to early, i mean guys only been working out for a year, 160pounders staring cycles and macros and when to do cardio..trust me i understand,ive been there, but no one ever guided me i figured alot on my own, so heres my advice if anyone cares..simplest way to eat is 3 mealsmeals 3shakes, and i know that goes against everything but hear me out..take ur calorie intake need and divide by 6 on a 40/40/20 ration figure ur needmeals and shakes and move on..
Breakfast
Pre wo shake
Post wo shake
LunchLunch
Dinner
Casien bed shake
Lift hard and dont worry bout shit, if u keep ur cals clean and u keep lifting,if ur fat ull burn fat build muscle and eventually get ur abs but dnt stress the little stuff til u get to that level..jus my advice that no one asked for but my wife is in hospital and im bedside bored lol
