I did a clomid restart about a month ago for two weeks. I did 12.5mg every day. I waited a week after stopping and took a blood test. My TT was 930. Free T was in range. So it seems that the boys are working. When should I retest?

You tested blood work too soon. Wait 6-8 weeks after clomid therapy ended.
