Ok I. Got hurt last year doing dumbbell sholder preeses and had a shitty spotter but anyways I was out of the gym for a little over 9months and was a little nervouse on going back pluse eveything I had busted my butt for was gone but anyways I got back in gym about 2months ago and decided to get back what I had earned the first time even if that meant juicing my mind out now I'm benching 315on incline for 4 set of 12 and am flat. Benchin 405 3 sets of 7 I feel great have gained a little over 40lbs and I do breath a little heavy but feel and look great
