strength training program

no he dont goldee. what he gonna buy there that we cant help him with? silly boy. a good staring point for any beginner is a PLing routine to build a base with. read the deadlift sticky section. then there is a routine on page six that will get you started n the right direction. there are several lifting clips posted of differnt exercises in the video sticky section. frame 16 is where most of them are. that very routine i posted i had a new trainee use it. he was 15 when started at 139lb, 5'10ish. 135 bench was whoppin his ass. within 1 year he weighed 216 and was reppin 225 on the bench. 16 years old. i get these results all the time from my trainees. i am available for online training as well if you need more attention. pm and ill set ya up or we can help ya for free on the forum to get ya started. corse yu e=want get as much attention if you dont hire. polus we'll talk on the phone as often as you like and i'll answer all pms/emails, set younutrition and supps up as well plus a personalized routine to fit your specific needs.

What routine did that 15 year old use that got such fast and great results? You sent me a routine in a pm, but I want to know if it is the same one.

Did you teach him about diet as well because he gained alot.

pullin gave you some great advice..definitely read that sticky all the way through there is a ton of good stuff in there..basically stick with the big 3 squat/deads/bench..you want your work sets to be around 5 reps..

same one thats been posted for months. page six of the deadlift sticky. the same routine you said you was gonna start in a couple of months 4 months ago. its prolly the same one or similar to the one i sent ya. its a generic one that works for most. it will need tweakin to suit an individuals needs. that costs though. as does diet and supp advise. you can loose BF, get stronger and add muscle at the same time. I got several doing it. or you can get stronger at an accelerated pace while loading up on food and supps, clean or not. as a mater of fact i do not recoomned juicing until late 20s for some and longer for others. if you making gains you dont need it. now if you competing thats another subject but for the average gym rat, no. most guys have no idea on how to manipulate hormones anyway. they just randomly pick some stuff and have at it. there is a science to this stuff believe it or not. your physical attributes and goals must be considered before you pick a stack. I am a believer in long cycles as well. short cycles result in short results. PERIOD!!
