Okay ive got insanely stubborn shoulders! And this really brings my physique down.
Now I'm just wondering if I have stubborn shoulders should I be training them by them selves or with chest? And low or high reps ? I never feel a burn ever on low reps as this is what I always do, well I do high reps on side raise and low reps on mil press. What's your thoughts?
