stuck at 200 need help...

I am currently running my 2nd cycle I am 22 years old 6'1 200LBs about 15-20% BF. My cycle consits of Test E 500mgs/week as well as EQ 400mgs/week i am on week 6 and have gained about 6LBS but cant seem to get more i am not sure if its my gear or my intake of food which is causing this my meals consit of

Meal 1 8am
1.5 cup of Oats
4 Eggs
1 bannana

Meal 2
Salad
8 oz Chicken Breast
Broccolli, G and R peppers, mushrooms
8 whole wheat crackers

Meal 3
1/2 cup granola
FF light yogurt
60 g protein shake

Meal 4
Salad
8 oz Chicken Breast or Tuna
Broccolli, G and R peppers, mushrooms
8 whole wheat crackers

Meal 5
32g Protein Bar
16 Oz whole milk

If u can give any advice please let me know
 
Id say for 6-1 200 you def need to eat more than you are. Meal 3 and 5 arent really a meal, so youre only getting 3 decent meals a day. Im no diet expert, but you can find alot of info in the diet forum. You should shoot for 6 solid meals a day to bulk up.
 
EQ I believe is suppose to enhance your appetite so i think you would be eating a lot more.
6 pounds at wk 6 dosnt sound good.
You trust your source?
Gear might be bunk.
But def increase your protein intake with whole food sources like chicken,beef,and fish.
 
wow its individualized I guess 6 lbs only???


I gain 15 lbs off course some bloat with 25mg anabol in 5 weeks. I am 5'9"/160-180lbs

I think if you don't make gains you should completely get off whatever you currently taking.
 
eat eat eat and eat more. Train hard and bump the EQ to 600mg/week. Run the eq atleast 14-16 weeks. Eq takes a long time to show results.
 
Take your current calories and if its holding you t your current weight up it by 500cal a day. If you gain fat reduce and if muscle you can play with it more.
 
Go the the diet forum and find 3j's thread im sure he will be able to help adjust your diet to get some size on you. However you are not eating enough at all I'm shocked that your not losing weight.
