Stuff got seized, wtf

Hey

so i get two gentlemen knocking on my door. I open and its guys from ICE- immigration and customs enforcement. They ask me if i ordered something form overseas. I obviously said no and denied everything. They told me my name and address had been flagged. The whole time they are standing in my living room talking to me im shitting a brick. My gear is in the fridge right next to the guys. They didnt search my apt, which was lucky. After they left i moved all my stuff to a buddy's house just to be safe.


Anyone else have anything similar happen? i dont have anything illegal at all at my apt now. I plan on bringing the stuff back after 2 weeks. This is all fucked up. Now im extra paranoid.

I've had shit seized but never had ICE come to my house.

I've never heard of them coming to your house and just socializing..asking if you ordered gear. Youre lucky it wasnt a controled delivery...
 
how big was your order bro, damn. I didn't know they did that either, unless it was a big enough order to look mad suspect.
 
^ya me neither. I thought they just send you a letter and that's it. I literally shit my pants when they were in my apt. The order was a 1000 dbol pills. I even told the dude to break it up into 2-3 packages, but he sent it all in one.
 
wow bro I'd say that's a shitty situation but it's actually extremely good compared to what could have happened. moving ur gear was a good move, another thing I'd do is buy an alternative hard drive for 60-70$ and hide the one you use on here and anywhere else incriminating with your gear. better safe than sorry.
 
Don't ever let them in your house without a warrant. You can talk to then on the door step. The questions stop once you tell them you were not expecting a package. Sorry guys have a great.
 
if u think it's a controlled delivery or ICE shows up, just follow the rules:
1. don't sign
2. don't accept
3. don't talk
4. close door
5. clean house

I've read of someone getting busted with this method but I don't exactly see how it's possible, you can pick up your pack at a po box after hours, and theyre not gonna have a cop waiting at the po for you. I would just suggest bringing it to a friends house and leaving it there for a while if you're at all concerned
 
never had this problem but have heard that it has happened to a small small percentage of people. from my online site never ever have i heard ne 1 having this happen, how descrete was ur packaging? glad i use domestic now...lol

I know. There was no way they were searching my apt without a warrant. I just let them come in to talk. Had they mentioned anything about searching i would have said get a warrant.

I think as long as i dont get anything shipped to my address in my name im good. They said my name and address were flaged.

Its harder to do that when you are not a US citizen. That was one of the first few questions they asked me. Even tho ive lived and grown up in America since i was 15, im not a citizen. Fucking stupid immigration laws. Im on a student visa.

The guys asked me if everything was current and i said yes. They didn't check shit. They told me if i got caught with anything illegal, i would have to go back.

Im had to talk to them. I told them that i was a victim of fraud as i never ordered anything.
