My partner is about to start training again (with me) after a few months
off. She is keen is putting on some serious muscle as has decided to go
the path of chemical enhancement. I have done 2 cycles myself, so I have
also been down that path already.
I want to give her the best advice and information possible, that's why
I'm posting this message. I have done a lot of research and reading, but
still feel there's more to know and learn, especially with regard to
usage of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) in women.
Would appreciate any input on the following questions. I have been
browsing the forums and internet in general.
She is 5'6" tall, at about 145lbs. She's 38, with about 22% body fat,
most of which is from the waist down.
Goal- is to increase musculature, and drop body fat.
Training schedule is Mon, Tue, Wed (day off/abs), Thu and Fri. Intense
compound movements.
Diet- 4-5 meals a day, with about 20% carbs, 35% fats and 45% protein
Q1. Are brief Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) protocols more effective (3-4 weeks on/off), then the
longer 8-12 weeks. Building the perfect beast (CME 2) suggests brief
protocols are more effective, as the body does not have time to
counteract with catabolic hormones to restore balance. I have lost size
due to the long (10-12 week) protocols.
Would this be the same/effective for women?
Q2. My suggested protocol is Anavar tabs (10mg/day), and Primobolan-injectible
(150-200mg/week). Also, possibly Durabolin at a later stage/cycle. The
others like EQ, Deca and Winstrol (winny) would be too strong.
Clen and possibly DNP or ECA to burn fat
How does this sound. Any others that are worth considering that I may
have missed, such as anti-estrogens
Q3. Any other suggestions/ideas on dosages, protocols, AAS, or personal
experiences.
