Today I was talking to my strength coach about how I've been losing weight. I don't feel any smaller, less bloated or leaner. I'm just lighter 200lb to 195lb.
Now my coach has known me and seen me progress for about 4 years, he also knows I cycle(felt necessary for him to know)
To the point though; he recommend trying out a sumo wrestler style of eating, instead of eating meals through out the day eat two small meals earlier in the day, then a huge meal late in the day preferably closer to bed time. Idea is that it's supposed to slow your metabolism down, also putting your body in starvation so it want to suck up and store the carbs/fat.
Thinking:
3 cups rice with 8oz pro and chocolate milkx2
Then big meal be burgers, pizza, very high in carb/fat and calorie dense and a lot of it. 2-3000cal
Now I have always been under 10% bf I've never not had full abdominal definition. Usually when I cycle and eat clean I don't gain much weight and lean out to the point to having veins across my stomach. If I eat dirty dirty, (quart of chocolate milk, ice cream, lots of bread, heavy rice like normal, burgers etc.) I stay at about the same bf some days I will just look a bit bloated.
Let me know what y'all think and if this seems ok, figure hell I might give it a try. Goal is to be 210
