Sunday afternoon grocery shopping...

... is like therapy to me... don't know what it is... I'm a weird shopper though... 80% of what I buy is on sale and I'll buy stuff that I'd never think of eating if it's a good 40% off... ever have whole pickled green tomatoes? fantastic lol

Dude I just got back from walmart and that place was a fuckin mad house! Idk how you can shop on a sunday and call it anything but stressful. To each his own though.

I shop late at night because it's dead and I don't have to fight thru all the people. That and there is always a few hot women shopping at night as well.

I shop right after I train every Sunday...my son and I have a ritual it's hitting up Costco so he can eat all the samples...lol

I get just the staples
Eggs
Chicken
Tuna
Oatmeal
Spinach
Garlic
Red potatoes
Whole wheat break
greek yogurt
Peanut butter

For me food shopping is like preparing for a marathon, I plan ahead, cut coupons, double them if I can, look at circulars & take it from there..

Don't mess with me when I'm in my zone, I have a plan & I execute it..lol

We shop on weekdays though, I can't stand the crowds, I shop when the kids are in school... the less distraction the better.

Nothing better than when you look and see you spent $40 on $100 worth of food, I usually clean house on the discounted racks, especially when its greek yogurt,PB, and deli meats

I zone out... it's zen-like... I've been shopping at the same local chain for so long I could get everything I need blindfolded... I just look for the yellow stickers and start calculating percentages
