Total Test: 135 ng/dL
Free Test: 22 pg/mL
Bio Test: 49 ng/dL
SHBG: 21 nmol/L

Typical symptoms, mostly mental. Slight depression, mood swings, frustration, no concentration, no interest in life, and irritability. I also can feel a decreased in energy. Been going on for a few years. These results are obviously abnormal and I know I will need more tests performed.

your testosterone is super low. I would get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) as fast as possible if I were you.

I'm hoping I can get it solved by some kind of temporary pill or surgery, but I have a feeling that I'm primary hypogonadism. I had a bilateral orchiopexy surgery as a baby, so that's the obvious thing that I'm going to look for. I'll probably ask the doctor if I can go to a specialist so I can get all them tests done on my thyroid and pituitary. I'm really hoping they don't tell me I'm perfectly normal. I don't feel normal.

Before I did anything I would ensure all test were done first such as thyroid, MRI on the pituatary etc. Another thing to look at is diet and activity, if your over weight this doenst help although low T could have put you there.

What in his blood work leads you to believe he needs an MRI?

Don't i need fsh and lh tests to determine that? What can be deduced based on the test results I currently have?
