Orange Triad multivitamin, jarrow formulas for almost everything else like methyl B12, Kirkland fish oil, I don't really take amino acids anymore as I try to get them from whole foods, and I bounce around on protein powder from muscle milk to optimum nutrition to cellucor to bpi, etc.
