Jd off several forums talked me into trying out cissus! Stuff works and i was impressed. You can buy it in bulk for cheap off Orbitnutrition! That and msm or fish oil will help.

I've never tried that forged joint support but animal flex by universal works for me. Or just glucosamine I think.
