Supplement Help!

I need some help, I currently take the following supplements, can anyone tell me if it is to much or not enough.

1. Anabolcal ALA 500mg 1-3 caps per day with meals.

2. Vitamin E 400IU with meals 1 cap per day

3. B-Complex50, 1 cap per day with meals.

4.Multi Vitamin without Iron 1 a day.

5. Designer Whey.

and occasionaly glucosamine & Chondroitin 750/600.
